Lesson Payments
Payment is due monthly in advance, on the first lesson of each month. A late fee of $10 is added for payments received after the 14th of the month.
The monthly rate does not change for 5 week months, leaving 4 lessons a year that account for missed lessons due to holidays or teacher illness.
We accept credit cards, cash, check, Venmo, and PayPal payments.
What are the payment options?
For lessons we accept cash, all major credit cards, Venmo and Paypal. For online orders, your credit card will be charged when your order ships. Applicable sales tax will be charged on all orders including shipping charges when applicable.

Makeup Lessons
Makeup Lessons-
Please note that we require 24-hour notice to be eligible for a makeup lesson.
Please do not adjust your monthly payment for lessons missed, your teacher will gladly accommodate a makeup lesson. We will make every effort to make up your missed lesson because we don’t want you to pay for lessons that you don’t get as much as you don’t want to pay for lessons that you don’t get. While we make every effort to schedule make-up lessons, there is no guarantee of availability for make-up lessons, as sometimes the schedules of both parties do not match. If the lesson cannot be rescheduled within two weeks of the missed lesson, the lesson is forfeited.
The reason for this policy is that because we are holding a time slot each week for your lesson, that time slot and that teacher are unavailable for any other clients, and are showing up for the lesson whether you are there or not. Even if you cancel the lesson in advance, we are still unable to use that time slot, because it is being held for you.

Student Expectations

Students are expected to bring their music book (or tutoring materials) and a notebook to their weekly lesson.
Practice-
Spend 5-10 minutes a night creating a practice routine and you will be far less likely to become frustrated and quit too early in your studies.

Orders
As we work with many suppliers of small batch handmade items, processing and shipping times may vary depending on the item. Please allow 1-3 days processing and 5-7 days shipping. You will receive an email when your order is processing and another when your order ships.

While we work to get every order out in a timely manner, due to unforeseen circumstances with our shipping partners, you may experience shipping delays with your order.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. Please note, we will not be able to make any adjustments to your order and orders are unable to be canceled once they have been placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

International Orders
We do not ship internationally at this time.
You have 21 days to submit your return. Please check our Return Policy page for specific details.

Please email contact@noteworthymusicllc.com to begin your return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We accept the unused item(s) for a full refund to the original form of payment within 21 days of order delivery. Custom orders are not returnable/exchangeable.
After your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too

Shipping Fees and Delivery Times
We offer Free Shipping on US orders only at this time.
While we work to get every order out promptly, due to unforeseen circumstances with our shipping partners, you may experience delays with your order.

Processing time
Orders are shipped within
1-3 days from purchase. Many of our goods are handcrafted by small businesses and some pieces may take up to 5 days to process.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing within 2 business days from the following business day.

Orders over $500 will require an indirect signature for delivery.

Jewelry Orders: Domestic (US) and International orders are shipped via USPS first class but you may upgrade to Priority Mail or Express.

Missing, Stolen, or Delayed Orders
If your package does not arrive on the estimated delivery date, we kindly ask that you please wait 2-3 business days for it to arrive before contacting us at contact@noteworthymusicllc.com After this 2-day period, please contact us for assistance in filing a claim on your order. Noteworthy cannot accept responsibility for any packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
Lost packages ~ Domestic
All packages are shipped via USPS first class, insured, with delivery confirmation. In the event that a package is lost by USPS, a claim will be filed. Please be aware that claims take 45 days to be reimbursed. A replacement item can be sent once it is paid for. You will be reimbursed for the lost one as soon as the insurance reimbursement is paid.​​​
Damaged items
If you receive something damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of receipt. You will receive a return mailing label and replacements for the damaged item. Do not send back a package without contacting us first.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
