Return Policy

For all returns

To start a return, contact us at contact@noteworthymusicllc.com within 21 days of purchase (exception for items purchased during the holiday season November 20, 2022- January 1, 2022. These items have an extended window and returns are accepted until January 10.)

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an order return number, as well as a shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping- Upon the acceptance of your return (email contact@noteworthymusicllc.com to initiate), you will receive a shipping label and instructions by email. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Return Policy for all KMC Music Instruments

All Instrument Product returns are subject to the following terms and conditions:

Prior to returning any Product, obtain a 'return authorization number' by contacting Noteworthy's customer service at contact@noteworthymusicllc.com.
All returns must include:
- A brief note explaining in reasonable detail the reason for the return. If the return is due to a Product defect the explanation should be as specific as possible as to the nature of the defect so as to assist the Company process your return as expeditiously as possible (vague statements that simply state a Product is "defective" is not sufficient);
- The original Company invoice number or the order number generated on the Site at the time of ordering;
- THE RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER MUST APPEAR ON EACH product RETURNED TO THE COMPANY.

Return Policy for all Freshpawz Products

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase within 21 days of purchase then return it for a credit or refund. All we ask is for the product you are requesting to return is in resellable conditions to be eligible. - To be eligible for a return & full refund, the items need to be in BRAND NEW, HAIR-FREE, unaltered, unwashed and in ORIGINAL packaging. The original shipping cost is non-refundable. - Please allow 7 business days for returns to be processed. - We do not replace items that are damaged due to dogs chewing on leashes, buckles or any other parts of the products.

If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you can return your order for a refund within 21 days of your purchase. Merchandise must be unused, unworn and in good condition. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note we are a small company and cycling our inventory is crucial. Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will not be refunded.- Any item that is returned more than 21 days after delivery will not be refunded. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Refunds will be issued within 21 days of purchase on regular priced items only. Return Policy for Slate and Salt Jewelry

Our return policy lasts 21 days from purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with all tags attached.

Return Policy for Rotate Watches

You have 21 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

If, during our inspection of the returned product, we find that the product has been cut, glued, or otherwise tampered with beyond factory conditions, a restocking fee of 20% of the product’s subtotal purchase cost will be deducted from the refund. Returns that include initials engravings will have an extra $5 restocking fee deducted from the refund. Any added gift-wrapping services are non-refundable.

Shipping

Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Return Policy for all Thumb Pianos

Please contact our customer service department at (733)715-NOTE for a return authorization number. The product must be returned within 21 days of receipt. COD will not be accepted. You will receive a full credit less shipping and handling plus a 10% re-stocking fee. Items can not be returned for refund if damaged by misuse.
