To start a return, contact us at email@example.com within 21 days of purchase (exception for items purchased during the holiday season November 20, 2022- January 1, 2022. These items have an extended window and returns are accepted until January 10.)
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an order return number, as well as a shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Shipping- Upon the acceptance of your return (email firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate), you will receive a shipping label and instructions by email. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

All returns must include:
A brief note explaining in reasonable detail the reason for the return. If the return is due to a Product defect the explanation should be as specific as possible as to the nature of the defect so as to assist the Company process your return as expeditiously as possible (vague statements that simply state a Product is "defective" is not sufficient);

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase within 21 days of purchase then return it for a credit or refund. All we ask is for the product you are requesting to return is in resellable conditions to be eligible. - To be eligible for a return & full refund, the items need to be in BRAND NEW, HAIR-FREE, unaltered, unwashed and in ORIGINAL packaging. Return Policy for Rotate Watches
You have 21 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
If, during our inspection of the returned product, we find that the product has been cut, glued, or otherwise tampered with beyond factory conditions, a restocking fee of 20% of the product’s subtotal purchase cost will be deducted from the refund. Returns that include initials engravings will have an extra $5 restocking fee deducted from the refund. Any added gift-wrapping services are non-refundable.
