Cancellation Policy

1. Payment Policy Payment for monthly tuition is due in full on or before the first scheduled lesson of each month. We accept [list your payment methods, e.g., cash, Zelle, Venmo, credit card]. Your timely payment secures your recurring weekly time slot. 2. Cancellation & Reschedule Policy We are committed to reserving your specific lesson time each week. To provide the best service to all clients, we require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or reschedule request. · More than 24 Hours Notice: If you provide notice at least 24 hours in advance, we will make every effort to reschedule your lesson for another available time within the same calendar month, subject to availability. Alternatively, you may receive an account credit. · Less than 24 Hours Notice (Late Cancellation): Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are not eligible for a make-up or refund. The full fee for that lesson will be forfeited. · "No-Show" Policy: If you do not attend your lesson without any prior notice, it will be considered a "no-show." The lesson will be forfeited in full and is not eligible for a make-up or credit. 3. Illness & Emergencies We understand that illness and true emergencies occur. As a courtesy, one late cancellation per calendar quarter (every three months) due to sudden illness or emergency may be excused and eligible for a make-up, provided you notify us before your lesson start time. Subsequent late cancellations will be subject to the standard policy. 4. Instructor Cancellations If the instructor needs to cancel a lesson for any reason, you will receive a full credit or a make-up lesson at a mutually convenient time. By enrolling in lessons, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Cancellation & Payment Policy.
